Use of this Site, including "Ask a Lawyer", may require that you provide your name along with other personal information. The Site compiles two types of information from users, aggregate and personal information. The Site uses both the aggregated and personal information that we collect for multiple purposes and may share information gathered with third parties for both advertising and promotional purposes. We may also ask for other demographic information about you, but providing such information is optional. The information we collect allows us to serve you better and answer your questions more effectively. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address and other pertinent information so we can administer the contest and notify winners. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Site, new services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
